We are looking for a motivated and talented working student to join our community team. This is a fantastic opportunity to get a deep insight into the rapidly growing Heilbronn startup ecosystem.
Your fields of action in a glance:
* Community Champion – You proactively and enthusiastically support our community with administrative and organizational tasks, ensuring that our members always feel well supported and taken care of.
* Insights Explorer – You collect and analyze community data and make sure our community benefits and offerings remain up to date and relevant.
* Platform Integrator – You ensure seamless coordination between our CRM and our community platforms while keeping track of important data and processes.
* Event Creator – You support the planning and execution of events such as Community Days, meetups, and networking events, helping to create unique community experiences.
* Engagement Booster – You help foster interaction within our community and contribute new ideas to create additional value for our members.
* Community Voice – You act as an important interface between the community, platforms, and internal teams.
You’re a good fit for us if you bring the following:
* You are highly motivated to work with people and excel in a customer-orientated environment.
* You possess strong organizational skills and have a strong attention to detail.
* You are a self-starter who can work independently, manage your tasks efficiently and enjoy taking on responsibility.
* You have a keen interest in startups, entrepreneurship and innovation.
* You are able to communicate clearly and effectively to members both written and verbally in English, good German language skills are an advantage.
Please note: For this position, on-site work in Heilbronn is required .
