Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented
EUC Deskside Support Technician
to join our onsite support team in
Aurich, Germany
. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining end-user computing systems and peripherals. You will work closely with end users and internal teams to ensure efficient and professional technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide onsite technical support to users to resolve hardware and software issues, meeting defined SLAs.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, printers, and scanners.
* Perform preventative maintenance and hardware/software upgrades.
* Support user connectivity to LAN/WAN, printers, file services, and VPN.
* Configure and maintain EUC devices, mobile computing platforms, and associated peripherals.
* Provide break/fix support and software issue resolution.
* Deliver VIP support for executives and critical users.
* Manage printer and scanner configurations, including IP/network setup.
* Maintain accurate documentation and incident reports using ticketing systems.
* Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Act as liaison between users, IT teams, and vendors as needed.
Technical Skills & Experience:
* 3–5 years
of relevant experience in EUC/Deskside support roles.
* Strong knowledge of Windows 7/10 installation, configuration, and support.
* Experience with imaging tools (e.g., Ghost, MDT) and backup/recovery tools (e.g., USMT).
* Proficiency in configuring hardware, applications, and network access.
* Experience with deploying Windows in enterprise environments.
* Familiarity with configuring backup and recovery systems.
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to handle VIP user support with professionalism.

Work Environment:
* Onsite support role – candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to
Aurich, Germany
.
* 8-hour work shift, Monday to Friday.
