* Basic IT Knowledge: Fundamental knowledge of IT, including networks, operating systems, hardware and smartphones.
* You can communicate clearly and friendly with users. You speak Czech fluently, and English is also no problem.

* Driver’s License: From time to time, you'll assist with on-site customer requests, and a valid driver’s license will be essential.
