We are looking for an experienced DBA to join our team—someone who has not only mastered the theory but is also passionate about sharing their practical experience as a trainer with both seasoned professionals and beginners. Your workplace is your home office. Trainer: You conduct standardized training sessions and customized workshops for DBAs and developers—either remotely or on-site. Content Creation: You create and maintain high-quality training materials (slides, handouts, background information, and blog posts). Linux & Automation: You are proficient with the shell. Languages: You are fluent in German and English (written and spoken). Willingness to Travel: You appreciate the flexibility of your home office but have no problem traveling throughout Europe for on-site training sessions.
Understanding of file systems, storage I/O, and kernel tuning under Linux.
Feedback Culture: You can handle criticism and use participant feedback to constantly improve your course materials and teaching style.
