Your tasks
11. Customer contact: Conducting customer meetings with requesters on our assays, positioning them based on our benefits from clinical data (medical rationale, economic benefit, etc.) and developing market penetration strategies.
12. Indication and product communication: Discussion and explanation of "new" indications, medical advances or indication extensions (claim extensions). There will be both long-term focus indications and temporary priorities.
13. Diagnostic advice: Development of convincing argumentation aids for our assays that emphasize the medical added value for patients, as well as advice on diagnostic guideline-compliant working methods for complex diagnoses.
14. Network development and maintenance: Expansion and maintenance of Key Opinion Leader (KOL) networks depending on the strategy defined in the area (focus indications and invest cases) and in coordination with MSA to ensure holistic communication in the market.
15. Expert knowledge for the indication and customer group responsible: selective support for the sales teams and PMs/marketing through expert knowledge that can be accessed as required, e.g. through availability for customer presentations, customer visits in tandem or collaboration in projects relevant to the indication.
16. Product management: Close collaboration with reagent product management on selected focus indications and assays.
17. Medical Affairs: Close cooperation with the MSA representative named for the indication in question on a technical level. However, a clear demarcation must be ensured, as while Medical Affairs focuses on purely medical topics, this role will specifically support sales and drive our commercial topics.
18. Sales: Direct support of sales projects and close cooperation with Account Managers (AM) and Key Account Managers (KAM) at selected customers.
Your profile
19. Ideally a degree with a scientific background or medical device consultant § 83 MPDG
20. Or training as a pharmaceutical sales representative
21. A strong sales mindset and sales affinity
22. Flexibility, future competence (ability to respond to the unexpected)

24. Experience in training or presenting to specialist audiences
