Job Opportunity
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Junior Sales Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team in France and contributing to the success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Support: Assist the sales team in creating and managing contract offers, approve them based on the sales order policy, and monitor the entire process.
* Communication: Proactively communicate with internal teams such as Sales, Salesforce, Fulfilment, and Finance.
* Process Improvement: Ensure that our processes are continuously maintained, improved, and optimized.
* Documentation: Provide support in maintaining documentation for our team and stakeholders.
* Presentation Preparation: Assist in preparing presentations to keep stakeholders informed about new developments and changes.
Requirements:
* Language Skills: Excellent French skills, and very good German and English skills (both at least B2 level).
* Administrative Tasks: Enjoy working on administrative tasks and providing support to the sales team.
* Attention to Detail: Be detail-oriented, organized, and remain engaged even when performing repetitive tasks.
* Communication Skills: Have strong, proactive communication skills.
* Software Knowledge: Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel); Salesforce would be advantageous.
