Warehouse Team Lead (m/f/d) – Bulky Operations

We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Team Lead to take charge of day-to-day operations in our bulky goods section – someone who leads by example, brings structure, and supports their team to deliver excellent results.
Your Mission:
* Lead and organize daily operations in the bulky goods area (inbound, storage, picking & outbound)
* Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse workers, ensuring efficiency and safety at every step
* Train and support team members on handling large/heavy items, process compliance, and equipment use
* Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in productivity, accuracy, and team performance
* Coordinate with shift leads, inventory, and transportation teams for smooth order flow
* Ensure proper use of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners)
* Lead by example in a fast-paced, international logistics environment
What You Bring:
* Solid experience in warehouse operations, ideally in bulky or heavy goods handling
* First leadership experience – as team lead, shift lead, or similar role
* Hands-on mentality with a passion for people leadership and warehouse processes
* Knowledge of WMS systems and warehouse equipment
* Forklift license is a plus
* Strong communication skills in German & English
* Flexibility to work in shifts if needed
