SAP Logistics Lead (SD/MM) | DACH / Remote
A fast-growing SAP transformation business is expanding its offering to cover the full end-to-end process scope for its international clients. The wider team is already built, the missing piece is SAP Logistics, and this is a rare opportunity to shape that area from the ground up.
This role combines SAP SD/MM delivery with client engagement, business development, and practice building. It’s ideal for someone who wants real ownership, the freedom to build something of their own, with the option to bring their own team or build one.
You will:
* Lead SAP SD/MM implementation and rollout projects.
* Drive end-to-end process work across order-to-cash and procure-to-pay.
* Run fit-to-standard workshops and support process harmonisation.
* Coordinate integration across FI/CO, EWM, Ariba, and related areas.
* Support presales, scoping, and client discussions.
* Help shape the standards, methods, and structure of the new logistics practice.

We’re looking for:
* 5+ years of SAP SD/MM experience.
* Experience as a Senior Consultant, Lead Consultant, or Team Lead.
* S/4HANA implementation or rollout project experience.
* Strong understanding of end-to-end processes, especially order-to-cash and procure-to-pay.
* Integration experience with other SAP modules.
* Experience leading workshops, advising clients, and working directly with decision-makers.
* Fluent German and English (mandatory)
