Aufgaben
Provide 1st- and 2nd-level support for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting
Analyse and resolve system issues, user queries, and process-related incidents
Act as a liaison between HR departments, IT, external service providers, and SAP support
Contribute to continuous improvement and functional development (e.g. process optimization, release evaluation)
Create and maintain user documentation, training materials, and internal FAQs
Collaborate with international stakeholders to ensure usability and compliance across countries
Qualifikationen
Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting
Background in application support, HR systems, or as a key user (ideally in an international context)
Basic technical understanding of cloud-based HR platforms and end-to-end HR processes
Strong customer service mindset, independent work style, and team-player attitude
Analytical thinking, structured approach, and attention to detail
Fluent in English; German is a plus but not required
