Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)
Our client – a leading international company in the financial services and payment systems sector – offers you the opportunity to become part of a dynamic sales team. They are seeking a dedicated full-time Telesales Specialist (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
Your Responsibilities
Processing and processing telephone and written inquiries from new customers
Acquisition of new customers by telephone
Preparation and dispatch of offers and contracts for credit card acceptance
Review and processing of incoming credit card and card reader contracts
Active sales of additional products and services
Independent monitoring of incoming contracts and deadlines for timely activation
Follow-up calls after offers and contracts have been sent
Preparation and preparation of statistical analyses
Performance of administrative tasks in day-to-day business
Your Profile
Successfully completed commercial training
Initial professional experience in sales and customer service
Very good German skills (native language) and fluent English
Confident use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Structured and independent working style
High customer and service focus, combined with strong communication skills
Resilience, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a team
