&##As the Group R&D Director, you will:
Lead and develop a high-performing global R&D organisation (c. Oversee complex system engineering projects involving mechanical, electrical, and software integration
Partner closely with Product Management, Operations, and Commercial leaders to align development efforts with business growth
Proven leadership of international R&D teams, ideally across matrixed organisations or multiple sites
Strong foundation in systems engineering — spanning mechanical, electrical, and software disciplines
Strategic thinking with hands-on technical depth
