Position Overview This position is responsible for leading and developing the CP business strategy in collaboration with the VP of Global Strategic Marketing. It oversees the CP disposables and non-cardiac product line activities, ensuring the right strategic initiatives are initiated to realize business objectives. Key Responsibilities Global Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives for disposable and non-HLM product lines. Support CP Strategic Plan: Facilitate the creation and communication of the CP strategic plan. Portfolio Roadmap Execution: Ensure execution of the portfolio roadmap in collaboration with R&D. Brand Positioning: Drive brand positioning and messaging to establish a strong market presence and differentiation in the perfusion space. Product Launches: Accountable for the successful launch of new product introductions, managing global go‑to‑market strategies, positioning, and promotional activities. Cross‑Functional Coordination: Collaborate with cross‑functional and regional teams to coordinate launches and marketing campaigns. Market Analysis: Identify market research needs, guide product development, and enhance strategies using research insights. Competitive Monitoring: Drive competitive monitoring, response messaging, and objection handling to support the global sales force. Data Framework: Own the global marketing data framework to provide relevant market data for deliverables. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals globally, developing targeted marketing programs. Collaboration: Work closely with regional marketing, R&D, regulatory, OPS, and Quality teams to align efforts. Team Management: Build and manage a high‑performing marketing team, ensuring knowledge and performance. Budget Management: Develop and manage a marketing budget, monitor key performance indicators, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement. Qualifications Proven track record of successful product launches and brand building. Proven track record of leading and managing marketing or business teams. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to manage by influence and work collaboratively. Strong analytical skills and problem‑solving attitude with a demonstrated ability to work across the organization. Strategic and innovative mindset with a demonstrated ability to design and lead marketing strategy. Proven successful project management leadership skills. Results oriented. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Marketing/Sales within Med Tech or pharmaceuticals. A master’s degree in marketing/business administration/health science is desired.
