Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strategic marketing plans based on data analysis for brand portfolios, marketing, and sales initiatives.
* Analyze consumer behavior to create targeted marketing campaigns.
* Create compelling brand materials and collaborate with external agencies to enhance brand image.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and meet deadlines.
* Lead product launches and evaluate brand performance metrics.
Brand Execution Strategies:
* Implement effective branding strategies that resonate with target audiences.
* Stay updated on packaging requirements and regulations.
* Maintain accurate and compliant labeling practices.
* Foster attention to detail to ensure quality and precision.
Trade Marketing Initiatives:
* Coordinate the development and distribution of point-of-sale materials.
* Collaborate with international markets to adapt local marketing materials.
* Assess trade marketing effectiveness and suggest improvements.
* Plan and monitor advertising and promotional activities.
Essential qualifications: experienced in FMCG product management, strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, responsible problem-solving abilities, fluency in English, proficiency in German and French, expertise in Excel and PowerPoint, and a degree in marketing or communication.
