Accountant – Manufacturing Sector (m/f/d)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Eberswalde. Responsibilities
* Review and verify incoming invoices for accuracy and compliance.
* Perform manual and automated ledger postings, including fixed asset entries.
* Record bank transactions, grants, and other relevant financial operations.
* Manage travel expense reports and credit card reconciliations.
* Post outgoing invoices related to other operating income.
* Collaborate with suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies.
* Assist with monthly closings and year-end financial statements.
* Prepare statistical reports and support internal reporting requirements.
* Analyze management costs and outgoing payments for reporting purposes.
Required Skills
* Completed university degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience as an accountant—ideally in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong working knowledge of German GAAP (HGB).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with MS Dynamics is a plus.
* Fluent in German; English proficiency (B2+) required.
* Knowledge of Polish, Ukrainian, or Russian is an advantage.
* High attention to detail and a structured, proactive approach to finance operations.
