Supervise a multidisciplinary team to achieve project milestones and exceed customer expectations.
Lead and manage functional safety activities in our projects, ensuring compliance with international standards and regulations.
Provide technical guidance and support in the execution of functional safety assessments.
Ensure that client requirements and project milestones are met.
Deliver and conduct internal and external workshops and training in the field of Functional Safety and Security.
Coordinate technical efforts between Functional Safety, Cybersecurity, and AI domains.
Support the sales team with product/project inputs (e.g. technical and quote estimates)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in system/software/hardware design and development.
Minimum 5 years of functional safety implementation in automotive ECU development.
Able to guide our team through the ISO certification process and achieve the certification completion on time.
Project and task coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken. Professional functional safety engineer certification (e.g., International working experience with global customers.
German language is a plus.
