Our client is an innovative global healthcare company with one purpose: to chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives.They're on course to help transform the practice of medicine through breakthrough science, and to make a positive impact on the people and communities they serve.Together we are looking for various regions forThe Medical Science Liaison (MSL) Vaccines RSV (Respiratory syncytial virus) develops and maintains trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions in the area of RSV prevention. As a scientific expert, the MSL serves as a strategic link between our client and the medical community. The MSL contributes significantly to the dissemination of scientific knowledge about the Burden of Disease of respiratory infectious diseases with focus on RSV and the protection vaccines and passive immunization can offer. The position requires a deep understanding of the RSV pathophysiology, vaccine technologies and passive immunization strategies and differentiating clinical evidence.The MSL supports the implementation of RSV vaccination strategies in clinical practice in Germany.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesScientific Exchange & Medical EducationCommunication and medical education on current scientific data on RSV prevention strategies in infants, including data on implementation, efficacy, safety, immunogenicity and pharmacokinetics.Primary focus: conducting educational events and scientific presentations for pediatricians and other relevant specialist groups in hospitalsPresentation of study results (Phase III data, real-world evidence) on RSV prevention strategies at scientific forumsScientific support concerning questions regarding RSV epidemiology, disease burden, risk groups, implementation of prevention strategiesProvision of evidence-based information on RSV preventionBuilding and maintaining long‑term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), primarily in the field of pediatrics, StakeholdermanagementCollaboration primarily with university hospitals and hospitalsIdentification and development of scientific collaborations and a trusted partnership with the hospital staff involved in RSV preventionMedical InsightsSystematic collection of medical insights on RSV prevention strategies and implementationIdentification of unmet medical needs in the area of RSV and respiratory infections and systematic communication to internal stakeholdersCollection and analysis of feedback on vaccination recommendations, implementation barriers, and acceptance factorsMonitoring of scientific developments, publications, and congress contributions in the area of respiratory infectious disease in children with a clear focus on RSVDocumentation of findings and insights from scientific exchanges in the CRM (customer relationship management) systems Cross-functional CollaborationClose cooperation with the office based Medical Affairs teamActive support in the development and implementation of medical strategies for RSV preventions strategiesCollaboration with global and regional Medical teams to ensure consistent scientific communicationContribution to and Co‑development of scientific materials and training documentsParticipation in internal strategy meetings and scientific Advisory BoardsEducation RequiredCompleted degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, or related Life Sciences (Master or equivalent), preferably with a doctorate in a relevant field or specialist training in Pediatrics, Infectious Diseases, Pulmonology or General MedicineProfessional ExperiencePreferably 2-5 years of relevant professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, clinical research, or as an MSLExperience in conducting scientific presentations and medical education programsExperience in the vaccines area strongly preferredSolid knowledge of infectious diseases and/or respiratory diseasesProven experience in working with healthcare professionals, KOLs, and scientific institutionsLanguage SkillsFluent German and English language skills (written and spoken) requiredAbility to present complex scientific content in both languageWork LocationHome office‑based position with regular field appointments in the assigned territoryFlexible working hours according to the requirements of the role #J-18808-Ljbffr
