For our client we are currently looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager / Senior Recruiter (m/f/d) - Frankfurt + Remote.
Your tasks
1. Responsible end to end for the standardized corporate recruiting process and ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience
2. The first point of contact and internal advisor / consultant for the hiring manager on recruiting topics including definition, monitoring and steering the recruiting process through constant collaboration and communication
3. Drives active sourcing approach and manages any necessary interactions with third party vendors and providers (including agencies where necessary)
4. Organizes target group specific events for early careers graduate recruiting e.g. key university relations
