Business Development Representative – German Speaker | Krakow (Hybrid)

What You'll Do
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships
* Identify and develop new sales opportunities
* Manage your sales pipeline and drive revenue growth
* Work with SMBs, agencies, and C-Level decision-makers
What We're Looking For
* German (B2+/C1) & English (B2+)
* Minimum 1 year of sales / BDR / account management experience
* Solution-oriented, target-driven mindset
* Interest or experience in cloud / SaaS / tech sales
* EU citizenship or valid residence/work permit in Poland required
What We Offer
* Salary: 10,000 PLN gross/month + quarterly performance bonus (~2,350 EUR)
* Hybrid work model in Krakow, Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00
* Relocation package: 2,000 PLN net
