Your chartered goal
Responsibility for the technical implementation and continuous development of a business-critical application in an international environment; Leadership of internal and external development teams; Ensuring architectural consistency in coordination with solution architects; Further development of engineering excellence and ensuring high-quality, scalable, and auditable software delivery; Close collaboration with cross-functional teams (product owners, architecture, QA, product, operations) for seamless end-to-end delivery processes; Ensuring complete, compliance-compliant development documentation; Position requires regular travel to Teams in Germany, Italy and US; Your previous ports of call
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field and fluent English (C1+ / German is a plus); 8+ years of experience in software engineering for complex enterprise applications, including 3+ years of technical or team leadership; Strong proficiency in NET and Angular frameworks; Solid understanding of Azure Cloud services, including AKS and VM provisioning; Experience with Dynatrace for application monitoring and performance tuning; Advanced coding proficiency and system design expertise; Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills to guide and inspire the development team; Strong project management abilities to oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables ; Place of work: onboard a cruise ship.
