You will analyze existing business processes, identify automation potential, and design creative, hands-on solutions that promote efficiency and sustainability. In close collaboration with cross-functional global teams, you will optimize business applications and evaluate projects based on solid arguments and governance guidelines. Acting as a key interface, you will support the implementation of new technologies and inspire change management initiatives—for example, by applying the ADKAR model. Your varied responsibilities will be complemented by organizational tasks such as creating professional documentation, planning meetings, and coordinating sophisticated projects to ensure smooth execution.How You’ll Make an Impact

What You Bring
6. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
7. Basic knowledge of common MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook)
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
9. Basic knowledge of procurement processes (advantageous but not mandatory)
10. Experience in creating user-friendly and intuitive training materials
11. Independent, structured, and goal-oriented work style combined with the ability to successfully collaborate in a team
