We’re looking for a D2C Funnel Strategist who understands how to turn paid traffic into revenue — not just clicks.
This is not a typical Google Ads role. You’ll be working at the intersection of performance marketing, copywriting, and funnel strategy, owning the full testing roadmap behind high-budget D2C campaigns.

What You’ll Do
* Develop and test multiple advertorial concepts across different angles
* Build structured, hypothesis-driven A/B testing roadmaps
* Define clear testing priorities, success metrics, and learning goals
* Analyze performance (CTR, CVR, ROAS) and decide next steps based on data
* Map full customer journeys and identify drop-off points
* Collaborate closely with media buyers and creative teams
* Lead structured brainstorming sessions for new angles and concepts
* Present insights and strategy clearly in client-facing discussions
✅ What You Bring
Must-haves:
* 1–3+ years of experience in D2C / e-commerce performance marketing
* Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search & funnel-driven campaigns)
* Strong experience writing and testing advertorials for paid traffic
* Native-level German (required for copywriting)
* Data-driven mindset: you use metrics like CTR, CVR, and ROAS to guide decisions
* Experience working with A/B testing and structured experimentation
* Comfortable using AI tools as part of your workflow
Nice to have:
* Experience in health, beauty, or supplements
* Background in consumer psychology or behavioral analysis
* Experience working with VoC data (reviews, surveys, support tickets, etc.)
What This Role Is NOT
* Not a pure media buying role
* Not a branding or long-form copywriting role
* Not a junior execution role
You’ll be expected to think strategically and take ownership of testing and performance.
Compensation
* €40,000 – €55,000 base salary (depending on experience)
* Full-time position (40h/week)
