Your mission We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Head of Growth to drive our expansion into the core markets of France, Italy, Spain, and Greece. This is a unique opportunity to be the pioneering force for Lissi in these regions, establishing our presence and building new customer relationships from the ground up. You will Head of Growthinitially work independently, with the significant potential to build and lead a foreign sales team as our operations grow. You will work closely with our established German sales team to leverage best practices and ensure a cohesive European sales strategy. Your tasks: New Business Development: Build and nurture new B2B customer relationships across France, Italy, Spain, and Greece, with a primary focus on the financial sector (banking, payments, insurance). This includes identifying opportunities through inbound leads, outbound prospecting and industry events. Market Expansion & Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for your assigned markets, identifying key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations. Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their needs and provide tailored Lissi solutions. Sales Cycle Management: Manage complex sales cycles from lead generation to contract closure, including proposal creation and participation in public tenders. Collaboration: Coordinate closely with Lissi's IT-Development and IT-Operations teams for technical discussions and integrations. Market Intelligence: Actively explore and develop new sales approaches and ideas for your markets. Onboarding & Support: Facilitate customer onboarding processes and support clients through their purchasing journey. Your profile Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven B2B software sales experience (ideally in digital identities, Identity & Access Management (IAM) or trust services. Proven track record: Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue or closing targets, with a proven track record in sales. Domain Expertise: Prior experience in trust services, digital identities or IAM is essential. Product Understanding: Solid understanding of software products and the ability to present them effectively. Sales Methodologies: Proven knowledge of sales methods (e.g., MEDDICC) Customer Centricity: Strong customer orientation and a keen focus on closing deals, coupled with excellent negotiation skills for complex framework agreements. Language Skills: Excellent command of English (written and spoken) and native in one of the following languages: French, Italian, or Spanish. Travel: Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly across your assigned European markets to meet customers and attend events.
