Responsibilities
1. Oversee national retail budgeting to ensure alignment with company targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) within allocated resources.
2. Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to allocate retail activity budgets for each Key Account (KA).
3. Manage internal budget applications for all retail activities, maintaining effective communication with regional offices and HQ on related matters.
4. Monitor and control budget spending related to procurement and retail agencies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
5. Conduct data analysis to evaluate budget performance, providing insights and recommendations to support retail operations.
6. Operate relevant systems/tools for budget process management and data tracking.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across HQ, regional, and local offices to ensure consistent execution of financial strategies.
8. Perform other tasks as assigned by the retail operations team.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields is preferred.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in the consumer electronics industry or finance-related roles.
3. Strong analytical and data management skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
4. Fluent in English and Chinese (written & verbal) for international team communication; German language skills are a plus.
5. Detail-oriented, results-driven, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Excellent teamwork and cross-departmental communication skills.
