WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING) Identify opportunities to sell ZEOS B2B logistics solutions to existing and future partners based in DACH, Benelux and Nordics Develop account strategy plans and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders up to C-level to achieve sales targets and KPIs Ensure gross margin targets are met through cost control, forecast management and annual price negotiations Provide accurate and concise reporting on a monthly basis of key actions and ongoing opportunities Gain an in-depth understanding of each partner’s supply chain and how ZEOS product range can increase efficiency, competitiveness and profit for the partner, whilst enhancing and meeting our objectives Resolve critical issues with high level of complexity and de-escalate in a timely manner Undertake special projects as requested to support the development of the sales team processes and practices WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF You possess 5-10 years sales experience with a strategic scope, and a demonstrable track record of negotiating and closing deals and meeting or exceeding sales quotas. You bring extensive industry experience from the field of logistics and/or key account management in e-Commerce. You are highly organised, autonomous and capable of navigating in a fast-paced, exciting and entrepreneurial organisation. You are able to build strong relationships with key decision makers up to C-level. You confidently interpret data, draw conclusions and give presentations. You have a Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management. You are fluent in English, German skills are a plus.
