Act as the resident technical expert at the Audi site, building strong working relationships with customer engineering, production, and management teams.
Perform installation, commissioning, and upgrades of hardware, software, firmware, and service notes.
Support the Global Solutions Delivery team with on‑site installation and commissioning of complete test systems and solutions.
Support regional and global project teams with service strategy planning, implementation, and continuous improvement activities.
Coordinate and supervise third‑party service providers working on-site at Audi.
Collaborate with cross‑functional Keysight teams (R&D, factory, logistics, project management) to resolve complex repair cases and technical escalations.
Lead service and support activities requiring coordination with customers, suppliers, and internal Keysight organizations.
Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or equivalent.
Fluent in English (German is highly desirable for effective on‑site customer interaction).
ability to travel by car and air when required.
Strong working knowledge of battery test technologies and automotive test solutions is highly advantageous.
Previous on‑site commissioning, resident engineer, or service delivery experience in an automotive or industrial environment is preferred.
Good working knowledge of MS Windows OS, Linux, and networking.
