The successful candidate will work as part of a dynamic team providing technical support, customer engagement, and continuous system improvements. The role requires a strong technical background in ERP systems and the ability to communicate effectively in German (C1 level).Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary escalation point for advanced technical issues within the ERP system.Diagnose, analyze, and resolve ERP-related incidents, including system errors and performance issues.Collaborate with development teams to identify, troubleshoot, and deploy bug fixes, patches, and system updates.Ensure optimal system performance and provide solutions for ongoing technical challenges.Communicate effectively with end-users and stakeholders to understand their challenges and provide actionable solutions.Deliver ERP system solutions in a timely manner while ensuring customer satisfaction.Provide training and mentorship to junior support engineers and client staff on ERP functionalities and best practices.Proactively address client queries and issues, ensuring high-quality customer service.Maintain comprehensive records of all incidents, resolutions, and system changes to ensure traceability.Develop and update a knowledge base of articles and resources for recurring issues and troubleshooting tips.Provide periodic performance reports on support operations, system improvements, and any technical issues encountered.Required Skills and Qualifications7-10 years of experience as an ERP Consultant or similar role, with deep expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).Strong technical background in diagnosing and resolving ERP-related technical issues.Proficient in German (C1 level) for effective communication with clients and end-users.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.Excellent communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Experience with system updates, patches, and troubleshooting.Ability to document technical processes, create knowledge base articles, and report on system performance.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Experience in mentoring or training junior staff.Knowledge of additional ERP tools or modules is a plus.Experience with agile development and project management practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
