To support our team and ensure our guests have a good stay, we are looking for you- a receptionist (m/f/d) who manages both our front office and the F&B area.

YOUR JOB
At the reception:
10. You are the face of a&o: our front desk is your domain.
11. As Guest Relations Officer, you are responsible for the check-in and check-out of our guests behind the reception desk or in the lobby.
12. To ensure our guests feel comfortable at a&o, you take care of their needs and provide tourist information.
13. You take care of our guests and their needs.
In the F&B area:
14. Setting up and managing the breakfast buffet are among your responsibilities.
15. You plan and implement the quality and HACCP standards in the kitchen and bar.
16. You control food storage and inventory.
17. You order, buy, and put the goods away upon delivery.
18. As shift supervisor, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the shift.
19. You will help with the creation of work and vacation schedules.
YOUR PROFILE
20. You have experience or completed training in the hotel or tourism industry.
21. Naturally, you are driven by a strong sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned to you.
22. You enjoy interacting with guests – and you show it, no matter what time of day or night it is.
23. You are characterized by an independent work style and teamwork skills.
24. A high level of commitment and independence are a matter of course for you.
25. Even in shifts that start as early as 6 a.m., you find it easy to remain friendly, highly motivated, and service-oriented.
26. You have very good German and good English skills – we are of course happy about any additional languages you speak.
