Senior Revenue Operations Business Partner – DACHWe are supporting a Unicorn SaaS business in the search for aSenior Revenue Operations Business Partnerto join the DACH leadership team. This is a newly created senior role in the company's largest market and will be pivotal in driving ambitious growth plans as they scale towards an exit.The OpportunityAs the Senior Revenue Operations Business Partner for DACH, you will:Partner with the regional leadership team (Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, Enablement) to translate strategy into execution.Own the operating rhythm – forecasting, pipeline health, quota attainment, sales process compliance, and CRM adoption.Design and roll out GTM initiatives such as incentives, segmentation, territory planning and conversion programmes, ensuring they deliver measurable results.Provide data-driven insights in partnership with central Analytics and convert them into field actions.Act as the regional voice into global operations, helping to shape frameworks and processes that scale internationally.What We're Looking ForProven Commercial/Revenue Operations experience in SaaS, with clear impact on sales productivity and revenue growth.Strong business acumen and credibility with Sales leadership – comfortable challenging the status quo and driving adoption.A hybrid profile (commercial + operational) – not just systems or reporting, but hands-on in execution.Experience operating in a scaling environment – refining existing structures, not just building from scratch.Native-level German and fluent English, with the ability to influence at senior level across functions.Why Join?High-impact seat : the only Revenue Ops partner for DACH, directly shaping GTM success in the company's most important market.Strategic + hands-on : unique blend of influence in leadership decisions and ownership of execution.Growth journey : be part of a Unicorn SaaS business building towards an IPO/exit.Collaborative culture : join an established, united leadership team with strong tenure in the region.Flexibility with balance : flexible working is supported, but this role will also require regular travel to HQ in Saxony (1–2 times per month).
