Currently we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Manager (m/f/d) to recreate our sales activities on the European market. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the development of sales strategies, nurturing leads, and fostering strong customer relationships to ensure the continued growth of our organization. Specializing in solenoid valve solutions, we excel in providing cutting-edge products to industries such as manufacturing, automation, and process control. Locations: The successful candidate will have the option to work from our offices in Offenbach, Hamburg, Germany or Rotterdam, Netherlands. Besides the mentioned locations, home office within Germany, Netherlands or Belgium is also possible.
What You’ll Be Doing
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
 1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends in Europe.
 2. Collaborate with the sales team to implement a strategic sales plan for solenoid valve solutions in the European market.
 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
 4. Assist in developing and presenting tailored solutions to clients in collaboration with the technical team.
 5. Drive sales activities to meet and exceed sales targets.
 6. Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote solenoid valve products.
 7. Stay up-to-date on industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate possesses these skills:
 8. A degree in engineering or a comparable education
 9. Proven high customer-focus with a track record of cultivating and maintaining client relationships with either experience in the solenoid valve business or in one of the industries using solenoid valves as application.
 10. Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to excel in a competitive market.
 11. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
 12. Demonstrated passion for sales development and a results-oriented approach.
 13. Strong technical and commercial understanding of solenoid valves and related products.
 14. Fluent in both English and German languages. Every additional language is a plus. 
 15. Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
