As a Junior Marketing Manager PS DACH at HP, you will support the Marketing Team across the execution of HP’s PS Consumer marketing strategy in the DACH region. You will work closely with local and international marketing teams, supporting campaign delivery, asset development, cross-functional coordination, and performance tracking. This role offers broad exposure across multiple marketing disciplines in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Mission: The mission of this role is to support the Senior Marketing Manager in delivering high-quality, on-time, and on-brand marketing execution for the PS Consumer business across the DACH region. This hands-on, cross-functional role focuses on campaign delivery, asset coordination, agency collaboration, and performance tracking, ensuring marketing initiatives are executed efficiently and consistently, ideal for a proactive marketer who enjoys bringing structure to complex projects while building strong foundations across core marketing disciplines. Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketing Campaign & Project Coordination Support the execution of PS Consumer marketing initiatives across multiple channels, based on plans defined by the Senior Marketing PS Lead Translate marketing plans into structured task lists, timelines, and follow-ups Provide input and recommendations based on execution insights and performance data Coordinate stakeholders, deliverables, and milestones across departments and regions to ensure projects are delivered on time and to brief Prepare clear briefs for creative, media, and other marketing agencies Manage day-to-day project logistics, including asset shipment for events and demo PCs Proactively flag risks, delays, dependencies, or misalignment and propose solutions Support ad-hoc and experiential marketing projects as needed 2. Asset Creation, Content & Approval Management Brief, coordinate, and review creative assets across digital, social, retail, and product detail pages (PDPs) Ensure all assets align with brand, campaign, and platform guidelines Manage localization, adaptation, proofreading, and quality checks of marketing content Coordinate internal and external approvals, including Alliance approvals Oversee asset versioning, tracking, and final delivery 3. POS, Retail & NPI Activation Support Prepare and localize POS and in-store materials. Support new product launches from a marketing perspective. Check eCommerce and retail partner content for accuracy. Support the optimization of the online customer journey across PS Consumer web touchpoints. Monitor customer engagement across key website pages and flows. Track website performance and engagement metrics in collaboration with analytics and media teams. Identify improvement opportunities related to content, navigation, and conversion. Coordinate website updates, optimization requests, and bug fixes with digital and development teams. Support testing, validation, and quality checks of website updates. Ensure website content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with campaign objectives. 5. Performance Tracking & Reporting Support Track campaign performance and key marketing KPIs. Compile dashboards, reports, and performance summaries for internal stakeholders. Support post-campaign analysis and capture key learnings. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting. 6. Marketing Tools, Processes & Ways of Working Day-to-day usage of marketing tools and platforms. Ensure correct and consistent use of templates, processes, and systems Document best practices to improve efficiency. Find ways to simplify workflows and speed up execution. Knowledge & Skills: Solid marketing knowledge and digital tools. Experience with digital platforms and customer journeys. Knowledge of market research and data analytics skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team based on desired outcomes. Strong written and verbal communication skills, native-level German and strong English. Strong organizational and project management skills. Clear and structured communication skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Good with Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Bonus: Photoshop skills. Nice to Have: Experience with consumer or technology brands. Education & Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or project coordination. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
