An established and internationally active advisory firm is currently looking to strengthen its Accounting team with a Senior or Assistant Manager Accounting profile across several offices in Luxembourg

Your responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of commercial clients (start-ups, SMEs, family-owned businesses and larger entities);
* Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate bookkeeping;
* Review and finalize annual accounts and corporate tax returns;
* Supervise and support a team of accountants, ensuring quality and compliance;
* Maintain close relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor;
* Contribute to process optimisation and digitalisation initiatives;
* Participate in business development activities and support growth of the client portfolio;
* Coach and develop junior team members.
Your profile
* Qualified Chartered Accountant (or in the final stage of qualification);
* Minimum 3 years of experience managing Luxembourg-based commercial clients within a fiduciary, advisory firm or Big 4 environment;
* Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge;
* Leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team;
* Well-organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities;
* Fluent in French or German with a good command of English (Luxembourgish is considered an advantage).
