We are looking for a Digital Experience Marketing & CRM Specialist to take ownership of our Salesforce CRM platform and help drive our digital marketing and transformation (DX) initiatives utilizing AI tools. This role bridges technology and marketing, ensuring seamless campaign execution, customer journey optimization, and effective use of digital channels including LinkedIn, email marketing tools, and marketing automation platforms. You will be the go-to expert for our CRM ecosystem, contribute to lead generation and nurturing strategies, and support the marketing team in leveraging digital tools to boost brand visibility, engagement, and conversion.
Digital Experience (DX) Marketing & CRM Specialist (m/f/d) Pro AudioYour duties: CRM (Salesforce) Ownership
Manage and maintain our Salesforce CRM system, including data integrity, user support, and process optimization
Develop and implement CRM workflows, automations, dashboards, and reports for marketing and sales teams
Ensure GDPR compliance and best practices in data handling
Digital Marketing & DX Support
Coordinate and execute digital campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, email, and Google Ads
Support content planning and publishing on LinkedIn, including analytics tracking and community management
Manage digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Dotdigital, Pardot, Google Analytics, etc.)
Utilize AI tools to analyze data and generate content and work as the main contact person in the ProAudio division
Marketing Operations & Automation
Support the setup and execution of automated email workflows, newsletters, and customer journeys
Work closely with the marketing team to align digital activities with campaign goals
Evaluate and propose tools and technologies that improve our digital presence and marketing efficiency
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Informatics, Digital Media, or a related field
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM is essential (admin-level knowledge preferred)
Experience with digital marketing tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, email platforms, etc.
Familiarity with AI tools, marketing automation and lead nurturing processes
Strong analytical skills with the willingness to create insightful reports and dashboards
Fluent in English (German or other European languages are a plus)
