About the role Provide guidance and trusted support to managers and employees on all HR and labor law matters. Manage the full recruiting process, including onboarding of new employees. Prepare and follow up on payroll and coordinate with the accounting department. Conduct employee meetings, manage conflicts, and advise on labor law issues. Plan and implement training, development, and talent management initiatives. Execute HR projects, such as implementing new processes or improving existing workflows. Handle administrative HR tasks, including maintaining personnel files, preparing and managing employment contracts, and processing sick leave. Ensure compliance with HR policies, company guidelines, and data protection regulations. Use and maintain HR systems and digital tools. Travel between locations as needed. What we need from you Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Several years of experience as an HR Generalist. Strong knowledge of German labor law. Experience in payroll preparation and follow-up is a plus. Excellent communication skills and assertiveness. Independent, structured working style and ability to set priorities.
