Your tasks
1. Create, review, and manage customer contracts, including partner agreements, distributorship agreements, terms and conditions agreements, agent contracts, and other agreements
2. Maintain and manage all terms and pricing-related settings in SAP, ranging from price lists and product listings to bonus and marketing expense agreements, as well as resolving discrepancies and generating quarterly credit memos
3. Create order forms for new products and maintain costing schemas
4. Respond to customer inquiries,, regarding cooperation topics, invitation letters, or product safety
5. Work closely with the EMEA Sales Team and internal stakeholders
6. Ensure reliable adherence to deadlines for the year-end closing
Your profile
7. You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, a degree in business administration, or hold a comparable qualification
8. You have several years of experience in sales support or customer service at an international trading company
9. You are familiar with bonus and terms-and-conditions calculations and are proficient in SAP
10. You think systematically, work independently, and maintain a clear overview even when dealing with complex processes
11. You enjoy thinking smart and aren’t afraid to use common AI agents in your daily work
12. You are fluent in German and have a strong command of written and spoken English
