The Senior Recruiter is accountable for:
As a member of an international team of recruiters and sourcers in the field of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), you will be working directly with our client, a global leader in materials engineering solutions.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process for professionals. Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend recruitment needs and devise effective sourcing strategies
Utilize various channels like job boards, social media, and networking to attract a large pool of qualified candidates
Arrange and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process
Foster and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
Keep abreast of recruitment trends and best practices to enhance recruitment processes continually
5 years plus end-to-end Recruitment experience (full life cycle)
~ Experience recruiting for roles in the semiconductor industry is preferred
~ Desired experience with ATS and a background in RPO to understand recruitment processes quickly
~ Professional-level proficiency in English and German is required
Seeking at least 5 years of experience in end-to-end Recruitment process.
