The position
is initially for two years, with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop advanced optical systems for manipulating neural circuits across the brain
2. Build and integrate optical microscopy platforms for high-resolution imaging and optogenetic control in vivo
3. Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of researchers to support complex behavioral experiments
Application Requirements:
4. Experience in designing and building custom optical systems. Familiarity with Zemax and CAD software.
5. Strong programming skills in C++, Rust, or similar languages. CUDA experience is a plus.
6. Passion for interdisciplinary research in an innovative and collaborative environment
7. Doctorate in life science, engineering, physics or similar
