Center Manager (m/w/x)
Vollzeit mit 38,5 Std./Woche

Für folgende Aufgaben sind Sie verantwortlich:
· Leitung des Plasmacenters und dessen organisatorische Arbeitsabläufe;
· Personalmanagement sowie die bedarfsgerechte Personaleinsatzplanung;
· Sicherstellung des Spendebetriebes;
· Produktions- und Kostensteuerung;
· Sicherstellung, dass das Plasma entsprechend der Guten Herstellungspraxis hergestellt, gelagert und gekennzeichnet wird.
Wir erwarten für diese Position:
· Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder medizinische Berufsausbildung;
· Wünschenswert ist Erfahrung in Personalführung und Organisationsmanagement;
· Wirtschaftliches und analytisches Denken und Handeln;
· Gute Englisch-Kenntnisse;
· Großes Interesse an der Optimierung und Entwicklung von Prozess- und Arbeitsabläufen.
