JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for an In-Store Visual Merchandiser (m/f/d) in Munich. You will create displays that reflect our commitment to excellence, take over window and mannequin changes and captivate the attention of our customers, upholding visual merchandising guidelines and standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Set up and maintain in-store merchandising of the category, implementing the received guidelines and design inputs, based on sales trends, market peculiarities, customer target and reference competitors.
2. Responsibility for display, mannequin and window changes and creation of photos for final coordination regarding guidelines and other specifications.
3. Solve specific store visual merchandising challenges that require adaptations including store size and merchandising/inventory level.
4. Co-ordinate with the Retail Merchandising Department to understand the merchandising guidelines and implement the visual strategy based on business needs.
5. Cooperate with the Communication Department to the implementation of In-Store Events and Press Presentations, when required.
6. Provide training to shop staff to ensure that the display is maintained up to corporate standards.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
2+ years’ experience as VM in a retail fashion organization.
Staying updated on current and future design and fashion trends.
Strong Communication skills, reliability, detail orientated and sense for esthetics.
Independent and systematic way of working.
Willingness to travel.
Fluent German and English languages skills.
