Your tasks
9. Leading and managing complex quality issues as well as identifying and supporting continuous improvement projects
10. Recording, analyzing and researching internal and external requirements for the quality management system
11. Analyzing management specifications and deriving quality objectives and quality strategies
12. Creation and processing of QM system descriptions and examination of harmonization options
13. Analyzing the actual conditions on site (workflows, procedures, processes) and evaluating deviations from system specifications
14. Creation and monitoring of QA concepts and QA methods in the production areas
Your profile
15. Degree in engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification with a focus on quality management
16. Sound experience in the analysis and design of management systems (e.g. EN 9100, ISO 9001)
17. Confident handling of common QM methods and process analyses
18. Business fluent in German and English for working in an international environment
19. Structured, independent way of working as well as strong moderation and assertiveness skills
