Your Responsibilities
* Maintain, support, and continuously develop the SAP HCM system
* Assist the HR department with system-related requirements and improvements
* Analyze and resolve issues within the SAP HCM system
* Perform SAP Basis activities, including:
* System integration and maintenance
* User and authorization management
* Transport management
* System monitoring
* Job scheduling and background processing
Your Profile
* Degree or vocational training in IT or Business Informatics
* Proven experience in supporting applications and IT systems
* Knowledge of common ERP systems and/or databases
* Strong communication skills with a team-oriented and service-focused mindset
* Good command of both German and English
