Position
To strengthen our Customer Care team, we are looking for a technician who will take on a central role in supporting our state-of-the-art equipment in the medical and pharmaceutical sectors. You will work directly at the customer’s site, ensuring that our washing, disinfection, and sterilization systems operate reliably and efficiently. Starting from your place of residence, you will independently manage customer service assignments.
Responsibilities
* Ensure proper maintenance as well as the safe and reliable functionality of the machine upon completion of the intervention.
* Guarantee systematic analysis and professional, sustainable troubleshooting.
* Take responsibility for the correct commissioning of the machine at the customer’s site in compliance with all relevant requirements.
* Perform and ensure qualification activities (SAT, IQ, OQ) according to applicable standards and documentation requirements.
Tasks
* Troubleshooting at the customer’s site.
* Performing corrective actions and commissioning equipment at the customer’s location.
* Wiring and testing Fedegari products directly on-site.
* Delivering training on maintenance and calibration of on-board equipment and on the basic principles of equipment operation.
* Performing machine maintenance and calibration.
* Verifying correct machine functionality at the end of the intervention.
* Carrying out modernization and upgrade activities.
* Completing service reports.
* Finalizing commissioning and qualification protocols at the customer’s site.
Qualifications
* Successfully completed training in electrical craftsmanship or a technical qualification, e.g., as an industrial electronics technician, mechatronics technician, medical technician, or a comparable background.
* Initial relevant professional experience (approx. 2–3 years).
* Fast comprehension skills combined with a structured, independent working style.
* Strong team spirit and a high degree of flexibility.
* Class B driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
* Proficiency in German, ideally with good English skills.
