Your tasks
1. Central point of contact with interface function for our sales force and our national and international customers in the EMEA region
2. Telephone consultation and administrative support for our customers, partners, and prospects, including presales consultation and aftersales support
3. Independently developing, processing, and following up on inquiries, quotations, and loan items
4. Checking incoming orders, monitoring deadlines, and coordinating delivery times with interface functions
5. Maintaining customer master data in the merchandise management system and CRM system
6. Taking over lead, quotation, and opportunity management in the CRM system
Your profile
7. Completed commercial training/degree or comparable qualification
8. Initial experience in cross-border internal sales
9. Confident in using merchandise management systems, CRM systems, and MS Office
10. Service- and customer-oriented communication
11. Very good German and good English skills
12. Committed, structured, and independent way of working
