Position Overview
This is a field-based sales role in Germany (not managerial) focused on driving adoption of a specialized cryo ablation therapy used in cardiac and thoracic procedures to treat pain following procedures. The role involves direct engagement with hospitals, including operating room support, training clinical staff, and building strong relationships with surgical teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the assigned territory to meet targets
2. Identify new business opportunities and contacts within hospitals
3. Provide clinical support during procedures and follow-up care
4. Expand usage within existing accounts to grow the base business
5. Collaborate with regional leadership to align with broader sales strategies
6. Share market insights and feedback with the marketing team
7. Attend relevant industry events and trade shows
8. Manage territory activity and maintain accurate records
9. Navigate hospital access requirements and compliance protocols
10. Operate confidently within the operating room environment
Ideal Candidate Profile
11. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
12. Sales experience in cardiac or thoracic medical fields is highly preferred
13. Familiarity with neuromodulation technologies is a plus
14. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
15. Strong clinical and technical aptitude
16. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
17. Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
18. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and collaborative
19. Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word)
20. Willingness to travel up to 80% depending on territory needs
21. Fluent in English and German
