With your independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach, you will ensure stable and secure IT operations and support our employees with all IT-related issues. Your Responsibilities You’ll provide user support for hardware and software issues—either as a direct point of contact or via the ticket system—and ensure quick and sustainable problem resolution You will manage and update client systems, as well as install and configure software products for employees You will independently administer servers, operate and maintain the network infrastructure, and ensure smooth IT operations You will install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripheral devices—including relocations and rollouts—in accordance with defined standards Your Profile You have completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT Specialist, IT Systems Technician, IT Systems Business Administrator) or hold a comparable degree You have initial professional experience in system administration, particularly with Microsoft Windows Server and Debian servers in terminal server environments and backup solutions (e.g., Veeam), as well as in working with various network components (e.g., Cisco) You are proficient in administering current Windows operating systems (Windows 11/Server 2022) and have knowledge of VMware vSphere or Proxmox and PowerShell Knowledge of operating web apps in Docker containers and programming experience (e.g., Python) are desirable You combine a high level of self-motivation, flexibility, and a strong service orientation with excellent communication and teamwork skills A willingness to participate in the IT on-call rotation rounds out your profile Our Values We love nature—and the products derived from it.
