For our partner company in the healthcare sector based in Munich, we are looking for a Controller (m/f/d) as part of a direct placement (permanent position with our client).
In this responsible position, you will act as the economic conscience for the medical departments and create a sound basis for decision-making through precise analyses and business cases. You will actively manage the processes from contribution margin accounting to business planning and derive strategic measures to increase efficiency. You will develop reporting independently and translate complex financial data into clear recommendations for management.
A start is possible immediately or at a later date.

Your tasks
7. Accompanying the monthly financial statements and preparing, analyzing and commenting on the contribution margin statement
8. Independent preparation of monthly reporting including consistency checks of relevant key figures
9. Deriving strategic measures to increase revenue and efficiency in close coordination with the specialist departments
10. Active participation in business planning and preparation of refinancing calculations and business cases
11. Carrying out well-founded ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making and proactively advising the medical departments
Your profile
12. Professional experience in controlling, either in hospital controlling, financial controlling, auditing or comparable areas
13. Good user knowledge of MS Excel and other controlling-relevant systems, such as SAP
14. Strong affinity for numbers and enjoy analyzing and processing complex data sets
15. Excellent analytical mindset combined with a structured and results-oriented way of working
