Responsibility:
# Design and optimize management systems, standards and workflows for self-operated logistics networks and B2B transport carriers;
# Establish carrier KPI framework to monitor delivery performance, timeliness and service quality, and drive continuous improvement;
# Manage carrier replacement and transition to secure stable business continuity;
# Collaborate with procurement & tendering teams on tender setup and carrier selection;
# Oversee carrier billing, online settlement system and standardized financial workflows;
# Coordinate with fleet suppliers to streamline settlement processes and resolve billing discrepancies timely;
# Cross-team collaboration to optimize settlement procedures and advance digital online settlement;
# Conduct process & system training for carriers and internal stakeholders to ensure standard compliance.
Qualifications:
# Solid experience in logistics, supply chain or 3PL industry, and background in carrier & transportation resource management is highly preferred;
# Fluent in English for international communication, Mandarin is highly preferred;
# Proven 3PL carrier management experience; procurement & tendering experience preferred;
# Familiar with European/German local carrier market is a strong advantage.
