Your role:
As a Tech Lead (m/f/d) in our Product Team Personalization, you are responsible for the design and implementation of data mappings and data flows in an agile environment
You automate and accelerate data flows as well as machine learning workloads.
You further design and develop our data and analytics platforms.
In alignment with BAUHAUS’s strategic goals, you design future-proof architectures and platforms
You lead and empower your team of software engineers, for example through coaching or code reviews
Together with other product teams, you work to ensure an integrative architecture
You actively contribute to our Tech Lead community and help shape our way of working
Your profile:
Successfully completed studies in a STEM field or comparable, with an affinity for data and software development
At least five years of relevant professional experience as a Data Engineer (m/f/d), ideally in retail or e-commerce
You have initial experience in leading a team of software engineers.
Very good knowledge of Python, SQL, cloud services (GCP, DevOps), Infrastructure as Code, and machine learning (MLOps).
Experience in integrating SaaS solutions as well as internal GCP solutions
Very good English skills and ideally good German skills complete your profile
