We are seeking a Junior Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product roadmap and driving user-centric features from ideation to launch. You'll have the autonomy to make impactful decisions, the support to bring your ideas to life, and the opportunity to grow alongside a rapidly scaling company.

Tasks
What you will be doing
* Collaborating with engineering and design teams to define, prioritize and ship new features
* Conducting user research and analyzing product metrics to inform decision-making
* Creating and maintaining product documentation and specifications
* Supporting the development of product strategy and roadmap
* Managing the product development process using agile methodologies
* Testing and validating features throughout the development cycle to ensure high-quality product releases
* Gathering and analyzing user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
* Working closely with the founding team and CPO to learn and grow in the role

Requirements
Must have
* Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field
* 2+ years experience in tech/startup environment
* Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
* Experience with agile methodologies and product development cycles
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Notion or Linear) and analytics platforms (e.g. PostHog or Amplitude)
Nice to have
* Previous experience in product management
* Experience with user research and customer interviews
* Technical background or ability to work closely with engineering teams
