Position: Deskside Support Engineer (German Speaker)Location: Munich GermanyType: Fulltime PermanentWe are at Coforge hiring forDeskside Support Engineerwith desktop/laptop hardware and BIOS in Munich Germany.Job Description:Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and be able to correspond efficiently and effectively in English and German language.Basic understanding of video conferencing support and troubleshooting.Provide resolution to all issues related to users (Hardware, Software, Operating system configuration, M365, AV) logged through various channels.Responsible for handling daily technical support activities related to desktops/laptops/MACs.Good understanding of desktop/laptop hardware and BIOS.Troubleshooting and installation of desktop/laptop.Interacting with end users on desktop related problems and providing their resolutions.Basic knowledge of ticketing tool to assign, update and close calls in tool.Basic Understanding of LAN network and troubleshooting.Basic Knowledge of AD Server, DNS Server, DHCP Server, Proxy Server, Printers.Proficient in Microsoft Office latest versions and other component.Very good in connecting accessories, various sort of cables, mobile syncing issues.Basic understanding of end user support using Cisco Meraki product is desirable.
