International Key Account Manager – Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV)

Role Purpose
The Key Account Manager – Light Commercial Vehicles is responsible for developing and managing key B2B international customers (corporate fleets, rental and leasing companies) within the LCV segment, with the goal of maximizing sales volumes, profitability, and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow a portfolio of key B2B accounts (corporate fleets, short- and long-term rental companies, large corporate customers)
• Define and execute tailor-made commercial strategies for each key account
• Achieve assigned sales, market share, and margin targets
• Negotiate commercial agreements, framework contracts, and pricing conditions
• Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, aftersales, finance, and operations to deliver integrated solutions
• Support customers throughout the full sales cycle: quotation, order, delivery, and aftersales
• Prepare regular performance reports, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts
• Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and customer meetings
Requirements
Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in LCV B2B sales
Skills
• Solid understanding of the LCV market and fleet dynamics
• Proven negotiation skills with complex and structured contracts
• Strong results-driven mindset
